Ananda Yoga & Wellness is focused on providing service by teaching the ancient yogic practices of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation to those interested in restoring health, balance and peace to their lives.
We have recently added the healing and transformative teaching of Qigong to our list of classes. Qigong is similar to Tai Chi and has tremendous healing benefits.
Monday & Friday will resume as of Friday Dec 6th and will be scheduled from 7:30-8:30 PM.
We will be closing December 21st.
